Helping develop the Clay Elliott Scholarship Foundation is Brett Williams's focus, and a personally meaningful focus it is.
Assisting in the writing and implementing of a strategic plan, policy writing, working on technological infrastructure and raising community awareness are part of his responsibilities. But he is hoping also to enhance fundraising capacity with a series of youth conferences that expose students to opportunities that exist in today's market, from digital media and aerospace to agriculture and green infrastructure.
